Job summary

Towne Park seeks a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate hotel guest service alongside coworkers, ensuring service standards are met or exceeded. Under the Account Manager, the captain handles coordination, administration, and guidance when the manager is off-site.

Role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and the ability to resolve issues expediently while maintaining a professional, guest-centric approach in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months related experience and/or training.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Open doors, assist guests with parking procedures, and manage vehicle retrieval.
• Provide bell services, directions, taxis, and local area information as needed.
• Lead by example to deliver high levels of guest service and coordinate shifts as directed.
• Issue and track valet tickets, collect keys, and secure valuable items.
• Protect guest confidentiality and safety, ensuring HIPAA-compliant handling of information.
