Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate the hotel guest experience alongside coworkers, ensuring the site’s service standards are met or exceeded. Under the direction of the Account Manager, you coordinate tasks, handle administration, and provide troubleshooting when the manager is not on-site.

The role is not a managerial position, but requires good judgment for urgent issues, clear reporting to the manager, and the ability to guide staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission.
• Excellent English communication and guest-service skills.
• Strong hospitality mindset and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Open doors for guests, assist with parking procedures, and manage vehicle retrieval.
• Provide bell services, give directions, and assist with reservations and guest inquiries.
• Lead by example to deliver high levels of guest service and assist with scheduling when needed.
• Process cash drops, complete shift reports, and ensure accuracy of records.
• Protect guest confidentiality and HIPAA-related information.
• Communicate schedule changes and operational updates to the Account Manager.
