Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate the service experience for hotel guests alongside coworkers, ensuring that site service standards are met or exceeded.

Under the Account Manager, this role handles coordination, administration, troubleshooting, and guidance when the manager is off-site; not a managerial position, but may handle urgent issues and report facts to the manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Ability to maintain professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.
• Greet guests within 30 seconds of arrival and support service standards.
• Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests and assist with parking procedures.
• Answer inquiries with directions, taxis, reservations; know facility details.
• Lead the team during shifts, assign roles, and adjust staffing with the Account Manager.
• Handle keys, tickets, and guest folios; ensure security of vehicle and guest information.
• Avoid lift services; ensure wheelchair safety and HIPAA-compliant confidentiality.
• Provide guidance when urgent issues arise and report non-urgent matters to the manager.
