Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate the service experience for hotel guests, working with teammates to meet or exceed site standards. Under the Account Manager, you will coordinate tasks, provide troubleshooting, and assist guests with questions while acting as a trusted on-site resource.

Responsibilities include greeting guests promptly, door assistance, guiding parking procedures, handling keys and tickets, and maintaining privacy and professional service throughout

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 and able to pass a background, MVR and drug screen.
• Must complete the Wheelchair Safety Training course.
• Six months related experience or training; or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests within 30 seconds to create favorable first impressions.
• Open doors for guests and assist with parking procedures.
• Answer guest inquiries and provide directions or reservations as needed.
• Lead group activities and coordinate shifts under Account Manager guidance.
• Issue claim checks and manage vehicle keys and tickets with accuracy.
• Protect guest confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements.
• Assist with scheduling, cash handling, and reporting as required.
