Job summary

Towne is seeking a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate hospitality for hotel guests and coordinate with the Account Manager. You will help ensure service standards are met or exceeded while guiding coworkers, resolving issues, and providing timely information to leadership.

The role emphasizes courtesy, guest safety, and detailed knowledge of the site’s facilities, with opportunities to lead small teams and handle routine escalations when managers are unavailable.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass background checks including MVR and drug screen; Wheelchair Safety Training may be required.
• Six months of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to drive manual transmission.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner within established service standards.
• Open doors, assist with valet, explain parking procedures and guide guests to vehicles.
• Provide bell services, assist with directions, taxis, and reservations; knowledge of local facilities and rates.
• Lead by example to promote teamwork and communicate shift changes or scheduling to staff.
• Process cash drops, reconcile revenue, and maintain accurate shift reports.
