Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles promptly and safely. You will assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure in a friendly, efficient manner.

Responsibilities include guiding guests, explaining rates, handling tickets, and ensuring accurate guest folios. A positive attitude, basic math, and strong communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid driver's license or ability to work within commuting distance where applicable.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of hospitality and courtesy standards is essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, provide attentive service, and assist with parking and retrieval of vehicles.
• Assist guests with luggage and related delivery/pickup tasks when applicable.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; issue and track claim checks and keys.
• Maintain accurate ticketing and guest folios, ensuring safety and efficiency in service.
