Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license (state-dependent).
• One month related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality and attentive service to guests.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests.
• Maintain professional demeanor and greet guests using last names when appropriate.
