Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely and efficiently. You will assist with luggage during arrival and departure, greet guests warmly, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

The role emphasizes clear communication, safe vehicle handling, and knowledge of location amenities to help guests with directions and requests.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the applying state or within a commutable distance
• 1 month related experience and/or training, or equivalent education/experience
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
• Ability to read and write standard English
• Ability to understand and follow simple instructions and memos
• Ability to add/subtract and handle money
• Ability to understand time formats and rates

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure
• Provide directions and information about local amenities and attractions
• Explain parking rates and procedures; issue and track claim checks and keys
