Qualifications

• Education required: High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license required or within a commutable distance.
• 1 month related experience or training.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to read/write English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Greet guests within five feet with a professional demeanor and use guests' last names when interacting.
• Park and retrieve vehicles, assist with bell services and luggage.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests.
• Manage tickets, keys, and revenue-related tasks in the valet system.
• Provide directions and information about local amenities and attractions.
