Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality by parking and retrieving vehicles and assisting guests with luggage. You will engage with guests, explain rates, and ensure safe, efficient service at our locations.

Open availability with shifts 7:00am–3:00pm or 3:00pm–11:00pm. Prior customer service experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred. Benefits and a 24/7 operating environment are offered where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• 1 month related experience or training preferred.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to read and write English; basic arithmetic for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality to guests in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe, prompt fashion.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; manage keys and claim checks.
• Maintain professional demeanor with guests and co-workers.
