Responsibilities include guiding guests, providing facility information, and handling tickets, keys, and revenue processing with accuracy, while maintaining a welcoming environment throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering customer service excellence.
• One month of related experience or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality services to guests in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and promptly; assist with luggage as needed.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and facility information.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; manage keys and receipts for valet system.
• Maintain professional demeanor and accurate ticket information across tasks.
