Job summary

Towne Park is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver outstanding hospitality as guests arrive and depart. You will park and retrieve vehicles promptly and safely, assist with luggage where applicable, and help guests with directions and local attractions.

The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, clear communication, and accurate ticketing. A valid driver’s license and basic English fluency are needed; AM/PM shifts may be available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• One month related experience or training preferred.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to read and write standard English language.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.
• Greet guests, use guest last names when possible, and provide directions.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely; assist with luggage storage when needed.
• Explain parking rates and ticket procedures; manage keys and claim checks.
• Support revenue accuracy by completing tickets and location tagging.
