Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Licensure, Certification, etc.: Must hold a valid driver’s license (state required).
• Work Experience: One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Skills: Ability to read and write standard English language.
• Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Skills: Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Skills: Ability to effectively present information to guests, clients and staff.
• Skills: Ability to understand rates and time systems.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and co-workers.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
• Provide directions and information about area attractions and amenities.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests and manage ticket information.
