Job summary

Towne Park, LLC. is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality by parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with luggage as needed, and keeping safety a priority. You will greet guests with a friendly, efficient approach and support all arrival and departure experiences.

The position offers open availability with a base hourly pay of $14.00 plus tips. Eligibility for accident/critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity, telemedicine, and the 401k plan is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license or live within commuting distance.
• Minimum 1 month related experience or training.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and interactions.
• English reading and writing proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and provide valet services.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage when applicable.
• Provide directions and information about local attractions and amenities.
• Maintain accurate ticketing, keys, and revenue procedures.
