Job summary

Towne Park, LLC. is seeking a Guest Service Associate in a part of New Jersey. The role focuses on delivering exceptional hospitality while guiding guests to parking, luggage help, and vehicle retrieval in a friendly and efficient manner.

The position runs Monday to Friday from 10am to 3pm. Compensation is $16 per hour plus tips, with benefits including various insurances and a 401k plan for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver's license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work (as applicable).
• One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English language; ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; ability to write simple correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients. Greets guests within five feet with a professional demeanor and uses guests' last names.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles, assists guests with bell services and luggage storage, and opens doors for guests.
• Assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations and other inquiries; provides information about outlets, meeting rooms and amenities; shuttles guests as needed.
• Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures; collects and reports ticket information and revenue where applicable.
