Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver hospitality by parking and retrieving guest vehicles promptly and safely, while assisting guests with luggage during arrival and departure.

The role emphasizes friendly, professional interactions, accurate ticketing, and basic math for handling payments. Part-time schedule is 2pm–10pm, weekends; benefits include insurance options and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license or ability to commute from state of employment
• 1 month related experience or training
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Ability to read and write English and communicate clearly

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and acknowledge them by name when possible
• PARK and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed
• Provide directions, taxis, and information about local amenities and attractions
• Explain parking rates and procedures and manage tickets and payments accurately
