Job summary

The Guest Service Associate at Towne Park LLC delivers exceptional hospitality to guests with a friendly and efficient approach, handling parking and retrieval of vehicles while assisting guests with luggage as needed.

This full-time role operates Monday through Friday between 6am and 7pm, with benefits including various insurance options and a 401k plan. Compensation starts at $15 per hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Knowledge: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Licensure: Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional hospitality services in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Parks and retrieves guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner.
• Assists guests with luggage, including delivery and pickup where applicable.
• Remains helpful with directions, taxis, reservations, and area amenities.
• Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests; handles ticket information and revenue when needed.
