Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while managing valet operations and luggage help during arrival and departure. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and assist with directions and amenities.

This full-time role offers varied shifts (6am-2:30pm, 7am-3:30pm, 8am-4:30pm, 10am-6:30pm). Base pay is $15 per hour plus tips with benefits eligibility including accident and illness coverage and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state or commutable distance.
• One month of related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
• Ability to read/write English and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and use guest last names.
• Park and retrieve vehicles and assist with bell services and luggage.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and information about local amenities.
• Explain parking rates and procedures and process payments and tickets.
• Maintain accurate ticketing, key tags, and customer folios; ensure security of vehicles.
