Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash and operate basic payment systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests professionally and promptly.
• Park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage as needed.
• Provide directions and information about local areas and amenities.
• Maintain safety and security for guest vehicles and property.
• Explain parking rates and issue/collect keys and claim checks accurately.
• Document and report any incidents or concerns in a timely manner.
