Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality to guests, parking and retrieving vehicles with safety and efficiency.

You will assist guests with luggage, deliver items as needed, and help with directions, taxis, and reservations. The role requires a friendly attitude, strong English communication, and the ability to work AM/PM shifts at locations in Florida.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license in/state of application or nearby.
• 1 month related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Ability to read/write English and handle basic math.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Open doors and provide directions, taxis, and reservations support.
• Deliver messages or guest amenities and shuttle guests as approved.
• Explain parking rates and maintain accurate ticket information.
• Handle guest folios, keys, and revenue collection when required.
