Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality to guests, handling vehicle valet duties and assisting with luggage during arrival and departure.

The role emphasizes friendly, efficient service, clear communication, and safe operation of vehicles. Training is provided, with a schedule Monday–Friday from 2pm to 10:30pm and eligibility for benefits after qualification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license or be within a commutable distance.
• 1 month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Greet guests within five feet using guest last names when possible.
• Park and retrieve vehicles, assist with bell services and luggage storage.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and information about local facilities and attractions.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; issue and collect claim checks.
• Accurately complete all ticket information, key tags, guest folios, and revenue accounting when needed.
