Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality to guests at our location. You will assist with parking, luggage, and general guest needs while maintaining a friendly and efficient service attitude.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, guiding parking, explaining rates, handling tickets and keys, and ensuring accurate, safe guest service throughout arrivals and departures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and be within commuting distance as applicable.
• One month related experience and/or training or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Park and retrieve vehicles and assist guests with bell services and luggage.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; issue and collect tickets and keys.
• Provide directions and information about local attractions and amenities.
• Accurately process revenue and maintain ticket information in the valet system.
