Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality services, park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and support guests at arrival and departure. Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
• Licensure: Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state or within a commutable distance.
• Experience: One month related experience or training, or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
• Skills: Ability to read and write standard English.
• Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Skills: Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Skills: Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one or small groups.
• Skills: Basic arithmetic using dollars and time formats.
• Skills: Understand 24-hour and military time systems.
• Skills: Understand parking rates and time-based charges.
• Skills: Manual transmission driving is desirable; parallel parking.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Greet guests within five feet and use courteous salutations.
• Assist with bell services, luggage handling, and door operations.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and facility information.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage keys and ticket information.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and revenue collection when needed.
