Towne Park, LLC. is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles promptly and safely. You will assist guests with luggage, provide directions, and explain rates and services.

The role requires a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and strong English communication. The schedule varies by hotel volume, with potential for tips and a 401k plan where offered.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for your state (or commutable distance).
• One month related experience and/or training, or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Ability to read/write English and perform basic math.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and provide attentive, friendly hospitality.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests.
• Handle tickets, receipts and payments with accuracy.
