Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co. is seeking a friendly bell staff member to welcome guests, assist with luggage, and guide vehicles in the hotel parking area. You will help guests enter and exit, label keys, and maintain a clean lobby and luggage area while delivering prompt valet services.

The role requires strong customer service, safety awareness, and knowledge of local attractions. Compensation includes tips and a wage range noted in the posting.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or bell staff roles preferred.
• Ability to handle luggage and assist guests with directions.
• Strong customer service and safety awareness.

Responsabilités

• Assist guests by opening doors and helping with luggage.
• Direct traffic in the parking area and aid guests entering/leaving.
• Label and manage guest keys accurately.
• Park vehicles in designated areas following traffic laws.
• Operate bell carts safely and transport luggage as needed.
• Deliver valet laundry and provide information about local area.
• Read logs and stay informed about hotel functions and groups.
• Report tips daily and maintain lobby cleanliness.
