Heritage Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Valet Attendant to warmly welcome guests, assist with vehicles, and help with luggage during check-in and check-out. You will offer knowledgeable guidance on hotel amenities and nearby attractions to enhance the guest experience.

Strong communication, guest-service mindset, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments are essential. A NM driver’s license and a 19+ age requirement apply; competitive pay and benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 19 with driving experience preferred.
• NM driver’s license with insurable driving record required.
• Hospitality or guest service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service.
• Ability to work with multiple departments to support guest experience.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests and assist in/out of vehicles.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles per safety procedures.
• Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out.
• Provide recommendations on hotel outlets, amenities, events and attractions.
• Maintain ADA parking knowledge and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Security and other departments.
• Maintain professional appearance and compliance with uniform standards.
• Ensure driveways, porte-cochere, and parking areas are clean and orderly.
• Protect company assets and guest information.
