Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality, parking and luggage assistance for arriving and departing guests.

You will greet guests professionally, assist with directions, taxis and reservations, and manage vehicle keys and payments, while upholding safety and service standards. Customer service experience is preferred, and flexible FT/PT schedules are available. This role requires a clean driving record and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license required or within commuting distance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read and write standard English.
• Basic math for handling payments and fares.
• Comfort with stands for extended periods and outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Greet guests within five feet and use guest last names in interactions.
• Park and retrieve vehicles; assist with bell services and luggage storage.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and information on local amenities.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; manage keys and claim checks.
• Accurately complete ticket information and assist with revenue collection as needed.
