Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver outstanding hospitality to guests, with a focus on parking, luggage assistance and friendly service. You will greet guests, help with directions and ensure safe vehicle handling during arrival and departure.

The role involves assisting with bell services, handling luggage where applicable, and maintaining a pleasant, professional demeanor throughout shifts Monday through Friday day time.

Qualifications

• Reading and writing standard English language required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with guests, coworkers, and clients.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and promptly.
• Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and information about facility amenities.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests and issue/collect keys and tickets.
