Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality as guests arrive and depart. You will handle parking and retrieval of guest vehicles, assist with luggage, and provide friendly, efficient service throughout each shift.

The role emphasizes a professional demeanor, safety, and adherence to Towne Park procedures, with opportunities to interact with guests and support teams across locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license or be within commuting distance.
• One month of related experience or training; or equivalent education.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, coworkers and clients.
• Park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage as needed, open doors for guests.
• Answer questions and provide directions, taxis, reservations and local area information.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage tickets, keys and claim checks.
• Ensure accurate ticket information and revenue collection when applicable.
