Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate in a high-volume hospitality environment. You will greet guests, manage vehicle parking and retrieval, and assist with luggage where applicable, ensuring safety and efficiency during arrival and departure.

The role emphasizes a friendly demeanor, strong customer service, and accurate handling of tickets and payments. Open availability and flexible scheduling are required to support operations across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Valid driver’s license is required or within commuting distance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and team.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests on arrival.
• Accurately manage tickets, keys, and revenue as part of the valet process.
