Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality, parking and luggage assistance to guests arriving and departing.

You will park and retrieve vehicles, greet guests, assist with directions, ticketing, and communicate with teammates to ensure smooth operations while maintaining safety and a friendly demeanor throughout the shift. This position is on site in Salt Lake City, UT, with pay starting at $16 per hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license for state of employment or nearby commute.
• 1 month related experience or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
• Skills include English reading/writing, basic math, and time awareness.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage as needed.
• Provide directions, taxies, reservations, and area information.
• Explain parking rates and manage tickets and keys.
• Maintain accurate guest folios and ensure safe, courteous service.
