Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work.
• One month related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to present information clearly to guests and colleagues.
• Arithmetic skills for handling payments.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
• Provide information about local outlets, meeting rooms, and facility amenities.
• Explain parking rates and collect payments while maintaining ticketing data.
