Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• One month related experience or equivalent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers and clients.
• Greet guests and use guests' last names during interactions.
• Park and retrieve vehicles and assist guests with luggage as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries; share information about facility amenities.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage tickets, keys and claim checks; assist with revenue as needed.
