Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Utah to deliver exceptional hospitality as guests are welcomed, parked and assisted with luggage during arrival and departure. This part-time role emphasizes friendly, efficient service and safe vehicle handling at the valet area.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English language
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
• Ability to write simple correspondence
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients and other employees of the organization
• Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s; ability to perform these operations using units of American money
• Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
• Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
• Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
• Perform parallel parking

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
• Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, greet and address guests by last name.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests on arrival.
• Accurately record ticket information, revenue, and key tags for all vehicles.
• Follow policies to ensure safe and efficient operation and provide assistance as needed.
