Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality services by greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles, and assisting with luggage during arrival and departure.

The role emphasizes courteous interactions, safety, and efficient service in a full-time schedule from 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, at our Salt Lake City location. A valid driver’s license and basic English skills are required; benefits and a 401k are available.

Qualificações

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license for the state you are applying to work (as applicable).
• Work experience: One month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Skills: Ability to read and write English, understand time and rate calculations, and basic arithmetic.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly; assist with luggage as needed.
• Assist guests with directions, reservations, and inquiries; deliver and retrieve items as required.
