Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license or be within a commutable distance.
• One month of related experience and/or training or equivalent.
• Knowledge of customer and personal service principles.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and acknowledge with guest last names.
• Park and retrieve vehicles; assist guests with luggage as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and information about facility amenities.
• Explain parking rates and manage ticketing, keys, and claim checks.
• Maintain accurate ticket information and revenue for vehicles in the valet system.
