Formación

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Licensure: Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Work Experience: One month related experience or equivalent education.
• Knowledge: Principles for providing customer and personal services.
• Skills: Read/write English; perform simple calculations; understand time systems and parking procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers and clients.
• Greet guests within five feet using a professional welcome and guest last name when interacting.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries; provide information about outlets, meeting rooms and amenities.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures and issue/collect claim checks and keys.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely; assist with luggage delivery and storage as needed.
