Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners is seeking a friendly Bell Attendant for one of our San Diego properties. You will warmly greet guests, assist with luggage, and help guests with check-in/check-out while delivering the high level of service our brands expect.

You will provide valet and bell services, park and retrieve vehicles, and share recommendations for local attractions. Availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays is required to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Customer service experience in a guest-facing role preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and provide local information.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays availability.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out and luggage.
• Provide bell services and respond to guest inquiries with a proactive attitude.
• Open doors, park and retrieve vehicles, and guide guests to hotel amenities.
• Maintain professional appearance and uphold brand standards.
