Job summary

Valor Hospitality is seeking a friendly Guest Services Associate in San Diego to greet guests, assist with check-in and checkout, help with luggage, and provide local information. You will deliver Aggressive Hospitality, manage valet duties, and ensure a smooth, welcoming arrival for every guest.

Ideal candidates have a high school education, strong customer service, clean driving record, ability to drive vans and cars, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests within 30 seconds of arrival and deliver aggressive hospitality.
• Open vehicle and hotel doors, check in arriving guests, and explain parking policies.
• Park and retrieve vehicles quickly and safely.
• Provide bell services, including room presentations and delivering/picking up items.
• Assist guests with directions, taxi requests, reservations and local attractions.
• Lead by example, support teamwork and assist with role assignments as directed.
