Job summary

Heritage Hotels & Resorts, Inc. is seeking a Valet Attendant to welcome guests, assist with vehicle parking, and help with luggage during check-in and check-out. The role emphasizes service, safety, and local area guidance within a luxury hospitality setting.

The position requires excellent communication, the ability to multitask, and a clean driving record. Minimum age of 19 with preferred driving experience. Hospitality experience is a plus, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced guest-facing environment.
• Strong awareness of safety and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments to support guest experience.
• Minimum age 19 with preferably 2 years of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with entering/exiting vehicles.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles following safety procedures.
• Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out.
• Provide recommendations on hotel outlets, amenities, events, and local attractions.
• Maintain knowledge of ADA parking procedures and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Security and other departments as needed.
• Maintain neat appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
