Job summary

Modus by PM Hotel Group is seeking a friendly Valet / Bell Person to warmly greet guests, assist with luggage, and safely park vehicles. You will support the Front Desk and provide local recommendations while maintaining a clean, organized valet area.

Open availability is required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. A valid driver's license and strong customer service are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Open availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to operate automatic and manual transmissions if required.
• Experience in valet, bell service, or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles following valet procedures.
• Assist guests with luggage and transport belongings as needed.
• Escort guests to rooms and share information about hotel amenities.
• Coordinate with Front Desk for check-in/check-out support and requests.
• Keep valet area and lobby clean, safe, and organized.
