You will greet guests promptly, manage tickets and keys, and provide accurate information in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities emphasize safety, courtesy, and efficient service across PM shifts; a high school diploma and valid driver's license are required.

Formación

• Customer service experience or training.
• Ability to read and write standard English.
• Basic math for handling payments and time calculations.
• Strong interpersonal skills for guest interactions.
• Ability to follow procedures and use Towne Park etiquette.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services.
