The role emphasizes safety, accuracy in handling tickets and keys, and clear communication. The work schedule includes AM/PM shifts; prior customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Ability to read and write standard English clearly.
• Ability to add/subtract and handle money and simple time concepts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, provide friendly, efficient assistance and follow Towne Park etiquette.
• Park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage when applicable and deliver bell services.
• Explain parking rates and procedures, issue/collect claim checks, and manage keys and folios.
