Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality at the valet/parking area. You will greet guests, parking and retrieving vehicles, and assist with luggage during arrival and departure, ensuring a safe and friendly experience.

The role requires strong English communication, a valid driver's license, and basic math to manage tickets and rates. Schedule includes days, evenings, and weekends at on-site locations with competitive hourly pay and tips.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable reading and writing in English.
• 1 month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and provide exceptional hospitality service.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage delivery and pickup where applicable.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and inquiries; share local info and facility amenities.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage ticketing and revenue when needed.
