Towne Park, LLC. is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality at our location. You will park and retrieve guest vehicles safely, assist with luggage, and support guests with directions and inquiries while maintaining accuracy in ticketing and revenue procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and at least one month of related experience or training. Weekend AM/PM shifts are required.

Qualificações

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Licensure: Valid driver’s license in the state you apply to work.
• Work Experience: One month related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Knowledge: Principles of excellent customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and assist with luggage as needed.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Explain parking rates and procedures to guests and issue/collect claim checks.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and inquiries; shuttle as needed.
• Accurately complete ticket information, keys, folios, and revenue collection.
