Job summary

Towne Park, LLC. is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver outstanding hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles. You will assist guests with luggage, provide directions and local recommendations, and ensure accurate record-keeping for each vehicle and guest interaction.

The role requires a welcoming, professional demeanor and the ability to work AM/PM shifts. A valid driver’s license and excellent English communication are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Must hold a valid driver’s license.
One month of related experience or training, or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor and use guests' last names when appropriate.
Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
Provide guests with directions, local information, and area attractions.
Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; issue and collect claim checks.
Maintain accurate ticketing, folios, and vehicle location records.
