Job summary

Towne Park, LLC. is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles and assisting with luggage during arrivals and departures.

You will greet guests, provide information about local amenities, process payments, and maintain orderly, safe service areas. The role requires a friendly demeanor, strong English communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write standard English language.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients and other employees of the organization.
• Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's; ability to perform these operations using units of American money.
• Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems.
• Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable.
• Perform parallel parking.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
• Assist guests with luggage and related tasks during arrival and departure.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests.
• Maintain accurate ticket and key tag records and assist with revenue collection as needed.
• Follow established procedures and safety requirements in all duties.
