Towne Park is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality as guests arrive and depart. You will park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and provide directions and local information with a friendly, efficient approach.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy in ticketing, and strong customer interaction. Hours include a full schedule, with potential for tips and daily responsibilities across the location.

Qualifikationen

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license or be within commuting distance.
• 1 month related experience or an equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to read and write English; basic math and time concepts.

Aufgaben

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, coworkers and clients.
• Greet guests and use Towne Park phone etiquette.
• Park and retrieve vehicles, assist with bell services and luggage storage.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and area information; shuttle as needed.
• Explain parking rates, issue and collect tickets, and handle revenue as applicable.
