Towne Park in Orlando is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles efficiently. You will assist with luggage delivery when applicable, maintain safety, and greet guests using courteous, professional communication.

The role requires amiable interaction with guests, accurate handling of keys and tickets, and a readiness to support various location amenities and transportation needs. Weekend shifts are included.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license or be within commuting distance from the state you are applying to work.
• One month related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles, assists guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests and handles ticket information and revenue as required.
• Assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries; provides information about facility amenities and local attractions.
• Shuttles guests to approved locations and manages guest interactions to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.
