Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking an Assistant Account Manager in Columbus, OH. You will lead guest service training, supervise valet operations, and manage payroll, reporting, and client relationships to ensure premium service and contract retention.

Responsibilities include HR support, discipline and appearance standards, and cross-location process improvements, with on-site, full-time duties and occasional on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong guest service, leadership, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to manage payroll, timecards, and reporting.
• Commitment to safety standards and policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on guest service training to associates and uphold service standards.
• Oversee all valet operations, vehicle handling, and key procedures.
• Lead HR functions: interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and development.
• Enforce appearance, discipline, and professional conduct.
• Maintain clear client communication and ensure contract retention.
• Audit timecards and payroll, ensure accurate reporting.
• Assist with revenue management and SOP compliance.
• Develop high-potential staff and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Provide 24/7 operational support for urgent issues.
• Support company initiatives across locations.
